St Francis Herb Farm Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is traditionally used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine as a Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic) to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age; as a sleep aid; to balance aggravated Vata (nervine tonic, sedative); and for memory enhancement.

Directions: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily on an empty stomach.
Medicinal Ingredients (300 mg per capsule):
A 12:1 concentration, each capsule contains the equivalent of 3600 mg of dried Certified Organic Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root) standardized to 5% withanolides (alcohol free)
We use KSM-66 --a clean, sustainably sourced ashwagandha that is backed by research and clinical studies.
