Multi and Omega 3s

There are two types of Omega-3 fatty acids: DHA and EPA. Research has shown that they can help with brain development in your baby throughout pregnancy and may support continued brain health after birth. Suggested use

Adults should take one 4 chewable vitamins per day. The best time to take prenatal complete is in the morning with breakfast or with an afternoon snack. If you are taking more than one SmartyPants product daily, be sure to separate each dose by at least 4 hours.
