Non-ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

 

Take 1–6 capsules in a single dose two or three times per week, up to once daily, at bedtime. Allow at least 6–12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication or health products. If results are not observed, the frequency may be increased up to once daily.
