He Men 's Formula is free from wheat, gluten, artificial sweeteners and dairy and has been developed with naturally derived excipients (tablet binders) and coating:
Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Carnauba wax, Cellulose microcrystalline, Chlorophyllin-copper complex, Croscarmellose sodium, Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Silica colloidal anhydrous, Tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029.
Adult: Starting dose: 2 tablets per day until symptoms improve and then reduce to maintenance dose.
Maintenance dose: 1 tablet per day, ongoing.
Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.
