Adults: 2 capsules daily with food or a directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Cautions: Not intended for women. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer, if you are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or if you are taking blood thinners, sulfonamides or birth control medication. Do not use if you have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which discontinue use. Keep out of the reach of children.
