Amazing "pasta"

Great product
Highly recommended!
We alternate creating meals from KONJAC noodles, spaghetti and rice.
After soaking up in water the smell from vacuum package is gone.
Delicious, tasty and the most important extremely healthy!

Need to be rinsed as they do have an odd odour initially, but can’t be detected when rinsed, I heated them quickly with my chicken breast, and seasoned with sriracha, and they were the great!

When I saw the Konjac Pasta at one of the stores, and saw that it was gluten free, I had to give it a try. I had heard of Konjac but didn't know what it was (it's a root). There isn't really an actual flavor to the pasta itself which is fine, so it is mild & has a slight sweetness. The sauce I prepared went well with it and I know it would go very well with a tomato based pasta sauce. The consistency of the Konjac Pasta is like a very firm cooked mushroom. I might try the Konjac rice (Konjac cut into rice like pieces) down the road.

I don't love this stuff. Has an odd smell and weird texture- similar to that of gristle. Yuck.
