SAMe 400 is s-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe), a key biological factor that drives a wide variety of essential biochemical reactions, including the methylation of DNA, catecholamine neurotransmitters (brain messenger-molecules), phospholipids, hormones, and chondrocytes (cartilage-forming cells).
